Edwards Small Mortuary announces with our deepest sympathy the passing of Emma Lee Everett on April 6, 2025. Our sincere condolences to the family and friends.

Mrs. Emma Lee Everett was born May 31, 1939, in Fort Valley, Georgia to the late Tommy and Irene Wynn. She attended the public schools of Peach County, Georgia where she was born and raised.

Emma was employed by the Peach County Hospital as a Dietician until retirement.

She will be remembered for sharing good jokes, cooking delicious food and solving puzzle books, these were her favorite hobbies. She thrived by taking care of others and being a great caregiver to her elderly parents. She was also very fond of her grandchildren. Emma was a loving mother to her daughters, a great sister and auntie.

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, Emma was called by her heavenly father from labor to reward.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Tommy and Irene Wynn and brothers, Moses Wynn and Walter Wynn.

Mourning her loss, yet rejoicing in her purposeful life are her daughters Barbara A. Vinson and Jennifer Vinson of Ft. Valley, GA.

Grandchildren: Courtney Vinson (Monesia) of Ft. Worth, TX; Whitley Vinson, Andre Vinson, and Adrian Vinson of Fort Valley, GA.

Great grandchildren: Zere’on Hill and Za’Cari Vinson of Fort Valley, GA and Kenyah Vinson of Macon, GA.

She leaves behind siblings: Eddie Wynn, Ernest Wynn (Jewel), Tommie Woodson (Julius), Mildred Schofield, Ruth Carter (Leamon), Ella Wynn of Fort Valley, GA; Diane Howard (Valdimir) of Columbus, GA. Dear Friends: Alice Avant, Grace Head, Lealia Dean, and Thelma Gibson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
